eFax.com Announces Departure of President And COO

MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1999--eFax.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: EFAX - news), the leading free,
fax-to-email provider, today announced that Rob Pollock, president and chief operating officer, by mutual agreement has
resigned effective immediately.
