You are right. But one can assume it was not met. They were close, and we know they consulted with the FDA. Such consultation would probably not have been necessary if they had met the requirement. Imagine a clinical trial where too few patients die! Don't imagine it, think FDA and XOMWill this be a million share day? Over 200,000 share traded. What else don't we know? The XOMA Calendar was updated yesterday, with new meetings, and abstracts.
