Ed: I would agree that this activity is positive for the company, but I am concerned that other shareholders may be diluted right out of the picture. If they issue that other 49m shares to themselves, I would expect a reverse, giving them virtual ownership of the company and leaving us small shareholders licking our wounds. I do agree that most of the remaining shareholders are in pretty cheap, perhaps around .07 as an average, since that seems to be where new selling emerges.

Is there any point in doing Tech A on the stock action< crossing moving averages volume etc?

I asked IR guy if Lovelock left in a huff. He said no... that this change had been planned for a month or more.

Any clue as to the time line on the Rubber report?
