IDFR , announced today the Company has an agreement with Teuchos UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Teuchos Holdings S.A., of France to jointly market and distribute throughout North America a range of sophisticated software solutions along with engineering and support services to an extensive range of industries including but not limited to the aeronautics, defense, space technology and telecommunications sectors. Teuchos Holdings SA currently generates revenues from sales of software products and engineering services of over $50 million (USD) annually. Although initially intended to support military applications, Mobitrack has since proven its importance in commercial transport applications such as flight planning, navigation systems, vehicle tracking targeting, collision avoidance in maritime operations and industrial satellite employment.
