This is the sort of thing that makes me paranoid. The information is out there for anyone to see. How could any sophisticated investor discount this potential so completely? There has to more to it.>paranoia. Is the stock being sold to a specific other? Is there a fee involved that would offset market losses? Why would the company introduce a shareholder's rights plan at this point in time? Are they paranoid like I am? Stay tuned. All will be known in the fullness of time. Then we are going to really blast the culprits. Here, there and everywhere. Cheers!
