Thanks for the warning about the 'free' credit card money.

Actually what I plan on doing is transfer the money into a home equity loan account so they won't charge the typical 2% cash fee since it is used to pay off another loan. I can then withdraw on the home equity loan. I do realize eventually all these loans will need to be paid back. :)

I may not do it anyway unless they cough up enough money and time to make it worth the effort. The two applications I'm looking at are for 'up to $100K' but who know what they'll actually shell out. It's definitely not worth the hassel for small amounts of money.

I thought maybe I could use the money to buy some deep out-of-the-money Yahoo stock options!
