Its a community rating of Schwab investors.Reflects their present sentiment. Positive move for business plan today ( as the volume yawns )... and in my opinion probably a precursor to an IPO registration. Think we probably have a very good long term business plan in the making. Whether we have a moonshot cooking likely depends upon the perceptions of many eyes that have not yet noticed.
