Christopher, perhaps there is a small misunderstanding. I am sure Edwarda realized that, my treepenthouse containing many valuable objects, there are a few minor stipulations I must insist on regarding the use of the sumptuous pad. One small one is that I must approve, on each occasion of her prospective tenancy, any guest whom she may propose. I will have to give a certain amount of thought to whether you may, at this time or any other, be permitted access to my deluxe treehome. Any suggestions you may have as to exactly why it would be desirable, from my standpoint, to please you, or, to put it another way, any inducements you might have had in mind but through inadvertence neglected to mention, would be given due consideration in the decision. It goes without saying that on each occasion of your prospective use, I will be open minded in my consideration of your offer... er, I mean, plan. Perhaps the place to discuss your thoughts on this matter is not this place, but rather the magnificent grounds of my estate in Beltane Village. Perhaps even in the very abode of which we speak.
