[[manipulating the price down[[

But what would be the motivation behind such a strategy?

MCF has gone from about $1 to $8 in less than 2 months. Is that not good? I think it needs this rest to build a solid new base. It will be a little longer before a new breakout occurs IMO, attention has been diverted elsewhere for now.

Jazzss! Regarding RAZF Comparison!

I posted the following on Stockhouse and I think it relates to your question as to MCF is not trading relative to Razorfish.

The big MO is the reason. A month ago there was a lot of news on the company all at once which got the stock moving.

Adam Adamou interview picking the stock as his favorite.
20F Filing and possible NASDAQ listing
CALMS deal with National Bank
Howard Pearl interview hinting at better than expected earnings.

Since then there was the PP which caused some uncertainty in the stock because a dilution of shares always does that.

Many of us were expecting a big announcement once the PP was finalized and lo and behold we got our wish with the eFINCOM deal. The problem with that deal is nobody seems to be able to quantify what we can expect from eFINCOM in terms of revenue and profit. Everything I have seen has been pure speculation and that does nothing to help our cause.

In the mean time the announcements coming from SILK and RAZF are HOT because they are linked with some hot US commodities. First of all, SILK is selected by Priceline to manage their ecommerce business. Bang their stock takes off. Then RAZF is selected to build the on line business of BANK ONE the fourth largest bank in the states and they are up $10 american $14.50 Canadian.

SILK and RAZF have whats known as the big MO. MOMENTUM. Guess what that has done for our beloved stock MCF? If you look at the chart absoultely nothing. I would disagree.

My analogy would be a bonfire. What do you need for a good old fashioned bonfire. First of all you need wood. Well if you look at the fundamentals of our little friend MCF we have plenty of wood. The second thing you need is some form of flammable like gasoline. I think the RAZF and SILK deals are the gasoline. Now if you leave the wood alone with the gasoline you have a crappy bonfire and nothing happening. Why because you need some fire. Once MCF announces a few ecommerce deals with some known entities you better tap the KEG and start playing the music becasue we are going to take off like a shot.

The fact that IBM believes that the service end of e-BUSINESS will make up 60% was not posted on Stockhouse because I had not read the article until after I posted the message. That is only more fuel for the fire!!!!!
