If we are shareholders, then the expenses/personnel that the company incurs/hires on IR is our business. Just like a CEO is supposed to run the company and the CFO is supposed to take of the finances. No? ;>)

As a shareholder, I think it is my business.

But whether you agree or not with that statement,
TAP has been under fire for some time and
it only makes sense for him to clear the air to avoid
all the bad feelings - which translate to negative feelings about
our beloved TNRG.

If his job is to be a web-site poster,
well, then that's what he's been doing.
If he's supposed to be a full-fledged PR company,
then he has fallen short of that and it is within our purview
to tell him so.

In either case, he was paid his shares when the stock was selling
for less than 2 cents. So dollar-wise, he didn't get that much.
It was only after the spectacular rise in price that
folks did some quick multiplication and
began to complain about overpayment, IMHO.

I wish I had more cash. The price is so inviting now.
Respectfully,
SB
