<I reckon I ain't too bright, 'cuz I sure don't understand what we're voting on.> 1. Retain a couple directors and add Pascoe....I voted against. 2. Float 2 mil more share for ops. But ops can't be issued for less than fair market value.....big change here from the 7 cent option days....still, I said screw 'em....I voted against (LOL my couple K will REALLY make a difference. 3. Retain D&T as auditors.....voted for. John

Usually trivial stuff unless I'm pissed at someone and I become one of the like 13% opposition or abstainees. If its employee options let 'em have it, the 3% dilution decision should be given to mangement to see how it gets distributed. But I will look at it anyhow. Added one K back today, a more reasonable position for me now. Save a bit in case we hit turbulence. Anyone dabble in AFCI? It is just in the renewed breakout short-term. Seems the market is making a bit more sense now... looking for a good summer.
