My portfolio is about half of what it would be due to being charmed into the house and cost of putting it in living shape. Actually the work now is being done on a rental cottage on the property.

Hey you!...What happened to you last night? I waited at the Pussycat Club all night and you never showed. I did win the contest, though (and got a lot of propositions but I think they were more Jeff's type, if you know what I mean). I grew up in a great old house and just can't get interested in new construction...lath and plaster walls and wood foundations are the only way to go! Paul {:-)
