HIGHER crude stocks?? I am dumbfounded that they are expecting HIGHER stocks of crude, especially when they post no justification.

Something seems very fishy here. If wonder if the analysts are still clinging to that "They'll just pump more" argument that was destroyed by last weeks numbers. Anyone have any logic for an increase in stocks? I have a strong argument that supports a reduction:

OPEC couldn't just cut exports in one day. SA and others had commitments to honor. cuts were a ramp. deliveries take 2 months to arrive (according to the analysts). That means the reduction ramp is only now being felt. As a result, crude arriving is decreasing week by week for the next 4-6 weeks.
