BHUB has nothing to hide. Personally, I don't think you know what you are talking about. The company has only existed as the entities we have seen: CHCK, which was a physician management firm that didn't do well and divested its assets in that business; it's reincarnation as iSleuth; and now the big step forward in building the portal, now under a larger banner called TheBigHub. I see nothing wrong with any of those moves. If you want to sell, then do so. If you are a private investor, I do not believe you can legally short a BB stock unless you do it through a BD trading account. So perhaps it is you who has something to hide here.
