Benny, because S1's business model is based to a large extent on recurring monthly fees based on the number of accounts being served by any processor using their software I don't think they care if the accounts are served "in-house", by Fiserv, by M&I, or by Alltell in the S1/Alltell processing center. As a result, they can probably use the bill-payment processor chosen by individual FI's. By the way, Alltell also has a deal with CKFR.

Didn't catch the name of the respondent to your question but he was correct... S1 just doesn't have to care about that. They also have an agreement with TransPoint.. among others
A win... win for S1... is all pay all the fees and come to the Data Center... but the smaller FI's can't afford that
