Thanks Swamp Fox. I like this story, can't read charts though. Nice to have people like Carl, Zeev and others around to learn from.

With Trenzich I'm not sure where the girlfriend came from. I've run into him before, not sure if its rudeness or what.

Old news, but from the 10K

In the K they also mention Mitsubishi's pending appeal before a California court of the countersuit they filed - and initially lost - in 97.

In the Q no mention of either. I am no lawyer, but I believe " inter alia" means " among other things". One of those other things may have been the dropping of the appeal by Mitsubishi. But I can't find any sign of the actual lump sum in the Q or K. May have been hidden in the balance sheet last year or in the Q. May not have been received yet.A puzzle.
