Actually, re: SPCO. I see it differently. As far as dilution goes, there will not be any. The options will not dilute the stock for some time, instead they will motivate management and the rest of the team to perform. As far as increasing the allowable shares, that has nothing to do with the shares outstanding at this time and may not have anything to do with it in the future. If you were watching what I a watching on L2, you would be picking up shares here and on any further dips. That's just the way I see it.

Just wondering, what do you mean Joe brought SPCO to light??

I still say you are reading that news wrong, and it is up to shareholder vote. They are looking to be able to increase the allotment for options. Sounds like a great move for recruiting new key people.
