I am absolutely convinced that it was the intention of the reporter, namely Mr. Hardy, to misrepresent the facts. Remember his "Jocobs platter" back in 1996? Remember few months ago his sensational report that China decided to ditch CDMAOne? Now this crap. He was wrong in 1996, he was wrong few months ago, he is wrong now. This is not an editorial change. Clearly, there is an agenda here. I do not know whose agenda it is. It could be that the whole WSJ has something against QCOM, or it could be that the aforementioned reporter is being paid by somebody to misrepresent the facts.

Cheers... EinC1
