I still don't understand completely, and I think no-one really does. The first chart you referrenced showed a change in policy for the MFs back to a lower holding in cash. The recent chart showed decreased personal savings - in cash - as I understand it. Just because people used to hold more of their savings in "cash", completely dependent upon the fractional reserve banking system, and now they hold more in stocks and MFs, where is the great danger? Are you recommending more bonds? Gold? Money in the bank?
