Richard The way I understand the problem is Merrill Lynch may be holding 18,600,000 shares in street name and that's all they will tell MXAM. They will take any materials/proxies MXAM sends them and forward them to the stockholders but they won't say, Dave owns 200K, Chuca owns 200K, Ed holds 200K and Richard holds 18M. They also won't accept the spin-off shares into your account because they are restricted. They can't forward them to the stockholders either because they would have to give MXAM the stockholders names so the shares could be made out. At least this is how I understand the situation. Char
