john -

i am going to be anxious to take profit in the low 20's.

however, if i wanted to be more aggressive, here's my thinking:

1) if we get continued strong movement up, and it looks like takeover is more likely driver than good numbers for the quarter, the $25 seems like a good target.

2) if the movement is based on good numbers for the quarter, i would be more anxious to take profits at $20. this is because i don't have a warm fuzzy about this management teams ability to be consistent.

$30 seems like a stretch to me. remember, Simms sold shares at about $30, so this is the ceiling for a takeover in my book. He's a clever operator, and would not have sold shares at $30 if he believed the company could be easily sold for $30.

One man's opinion.

rick.
