Jim, From the phase-in schedule for filing, which is alphabetical based on the stock symbol, we have a deadline of December 1999. By then, we should not only have all of the reporting requirements met, but also many other pieces in place for full operation and REVENUE. Regards, Keith

Fully Reporting Timetable Jim, I would expect FNTN to be fully reporting by July 31, 1999. This assumes 2 more SB-2/A filings. Although others may be downplaying the importance of being fully reporting, I am sure that management is aware that it is crucial to the growth of the company to be fully reporting as soon as possible. The vast majority of the players in the investment world do not pay attention to non-reporting companies. In the case of FNTN, these players are also potential customers, so achieving reporting status sooner (as opposed to later) will make it easier to obtain contracts. CH
