Fed announced no change in interest rates but a change in bias toward raising rates. Market went down then up now down again.

BTW, Fed announced its decision via cdma phones, thereby announcing its bias toward cdma. {that was joke}

Knowing you are doomed is slow and agonizing. As I said, there is not a pressing reason to shut them down now and go cdma, but in the future, why mess with a has been?
