What shares from what offering? You speak of an offering as if it was something concrete. Fact is, that is wrong. Yeah, I've heard of the private offering memorandum that has been floated. But it's just an offering memorandum and nothing more. Private placement memorandums get circulated all the time that never pan out as they were first written. And I hear that this offering memorandum was originally created when the stock was trading at almost 50% of its current price, which accounts for terms that today seem out of place.
It is also a fact that the short players are trying make this molehill into a mountain, hoping to knock the stock back. It is also a fact that the shorts will eventually get squeezed and squeezed real hard.
You forget that the new management team is very well heeled and have far more resources than all of the shorts combined. From their profits from shopping.com alone they could squeeze the shorts in no time flat.

Auric, I get your negative tone but I can't quite understand the factual details you are hinting at. Please, could you explain as if I was twelve (actually, for all you know I might be!) --

1. What exactly is a death spiral? I know it must be bad, but how does it work?
2. What are you trying to say about an "offering" and preferred shares at $4? Remember most of here, myself included, do not live on Wall Street or anywhere close. We're babes in the woods and meadows of the hinterland.
3. What does IBUY, or whatever, have to do with current BHUB management? Same guys or same morals or same [fill in the blank]? What did they do to IBUY and do you envision the same here?
4. Are you hinting darkly that the new management team IS no good or is UP TO no good? I guess I'm not smart enough to understand which or why it might be so -- largely, I admit, because I can't find out anything about them one way or another. Can you direct us to some hard, factual info about these birds?
5. Some week or so ago I saw a post with a long list of brokerage houses that trade SLEU/BHUB. I can't seem to find it now, but was there something or someone on the list that alarms you? If so, why?

I remain skeptical about this company, but even my skepticism seems ill informed. No one seems to know any facts. All I find are juvenile-sounding hypsters on Raging Bull in an increasing number of posts by sundry pseudo names that write the same way and smell fishy. More important, there seems to be a dearth of facts about BHUB. Can you help us, please? Share your informed opinion about whether we should/should not invest in BHUB and why.

Thanks.

P.S. Don't concern yourself about incurring the wrath of the hypsters on Raging Bull. They already are busy trashing you.
