NITE: they also are heavily owned by goldman-sachs, etrade, etal...so brokerages drive business to them....kind of like "double-dipping"...makes me wonder if fills might not be all they could be, since NITE gets the business anyway. I've also read recently that folks like DATEK (Island exchange) are partnering with others....everybody wants to get a piece of the "razorblade" business... remember, though, in a down market, many people go to the sidelines, being uncomfortable shorting....wish it was a "slam-dunk" LONG NITE lol DAVID
