HEY STAGER:

I say HEY STAGER as a familiar reference to you because of all of the conversations we have had and in response to some of the ways you have referred to me. I said I was not going to waste any more time talking about ANI but I might point out once again that in spite of your efforts in talking with others regarding the ANI and Massimo's relationship you in fact have no first hand knowledge regarding ANI. Regarding Sharon's relationship with Massimo's, Crawford Shaw, Jr. and myself once again the fact is we made the decision to drop their product after they changed the product description. As you know, we even discussed continuing to pursue the relationship with ANI if we could have found a way to produce the product that they ultimately said they wanted. Frankly it does not matter whether or not Sharon (who by the way was not a principal with ANI) got along with Crawford Shaw, Jr., or me or anyone else at Massimo's we made a business decision to terminate the relationship with ANI.

There are many people in the world that have other agendas that are not consistent with helping to build value for Massimo's, fired employees, competitors, people that we decide not to do business with, people short in the stock and others. I am certain that if you were to talk with people like these you might find lots of ways to waste our time talking about their opinions. Well this is the last time I am going to talk with you about ANI.

As you recall this conversation started with you saying some how we “blew” the opportunity to sell coffee to Krogers. It has now ended with you saying that “Krogers is history,” let me assure you I have not written Krogers off, I will continue to look for a way to do business with them

My last point is that it is fruitless to continue to post to you because you continually go over and over the same issues. You have my number and are welcome to call. You don't need to post to me I am not going to return your post.
