Midwesterner: I agree. This whole proxy is ridiculous. I cannot believe these guys can even expect any shareholder to give them this power. With the lack of any accomplishments over the last year, I wouldn't think this board could actually ask it's shareholders with a straight face to do these things. They must think we are so desperate as to give them the company. I, for one, am not. I have been in this too long and have lost too much to just give it away.
