Steve,
There are a lot of good FACTS about Sideware in their announcements that you can find on the Sideware home page (http://www.sideware.com/). Please visit the Sideware site for product information.

I have held SYD stock for almost 2 years now. This is because I know the Software industry and believe in the technical and management approach Sideware is taking. The activity and stock price increase you are seeing now is the result of a lot of good work done by the Sideware team.

There are however, some rumors that do seem consistent with known facts. Here is a quick synopsis of the latest “buzz” that I believe you will uncover in your own DD.

1) OTC Listing
Fact:
Form 20F complete. You can see announcement at biz.yahoo.com
Rumor:
SYD management will meet on Wednesday to plan SYD's moving to OTC during the week of May 24th.

2) American Operations
Fact:
SAIC and IBM in cooperation with SYD will address internet applications.
Metrocall has announced plans for call center applications involving better internet services.
Rumor:
SAIC is presenting Dr. Bean to their customers at a rate of 12 demos per week.
Metrocall to make an announcement on or about June 1st regarding SYD.

3)New Heavy Hitter Investor Rumor: CMGI is very interested in buying into SYD

4) Projections Rumor: SYD Sales: expected 1999 sales - $6M Can; expected 2000 sales - $15-20M Can; SYD expected to have 75 employees by end of year.

Steve, When you say “deal with Mirosoft” do you mean MicroSoft? What is the nature of the “deal” you heard about?
