I have no emotion on Dell and I have given this a lot of
thought for several days now.
After hours of reading and reading I feel that the earnings will
at least meet the estimats and I would not be surprised if they
beat earnings.
Either way the downside is limited in my opinion.
I just can't see Dell going below 36 or 37 unless they just
miss the numbers all together and in my opinion that is not
likely.

<<Sometimes wanting something badly gets confused>> You mean...

Like my Pot-Bellied pig, Sidney, who figured out how to open the fridge when I wasn't home? Or maybe the Salad Shooter I thought was a must-have kitchen appliance?

What confusion?

I might be wrong but I respectfully disagree with your thoughts about DELL and earnings being old news.

Look what happened with HWP! IF DELL surprises or beats estimates handily, look for stock to move upwards **IMHO** if not the day after then within a few days. The company is posting revenues like you cannot believe quarter after quarter and taking market share away from the likes of CPQ and others still.

Holding DELL through earnings for a contrarian play though I did sell 1/2 my position earlier this morn.
