Steve,

Why did MSGI have to enter into a quite period? Was it because of the acquisition of CMGI-direct?

Thanks

My understanding is that the quiet period ends tomorrow, meaning the company can't release news (assuming there is any to disclose) until after Wednesday. At least that is what I understood the case to be. Time will tell. I still look for MSGI to test new highs in short order as I still believe that J. Barbera will be true to his word or in reaching his goal of becoming a $250 million revenue company by year end. Also, MSGI should be releasing news on the status of its Nasdaq Nat'l Market listing within the next week or two, I would think.
