I was just thinking about something else, if a Delphi JV is in the works what are your (all) feelings relative to a non brokered private placement. One would think we would hear news released relative to such an event prior to any Delphi announcement, especially if the shares end up going to the institutions. Surely they would want to have the placement finalized prior? Any thoughts on this? Like it or not IMHO I believe we are in for a financing. It would make sense the financing would happen/ be announced first. Chip
