Perhaps there is a bigger picture which includes some positive aspects to today's "-bias-change" opinion by the Fed. A competitive dollar and attractive interest rates (real or perceived) brings in cash from those countries starting to recover. This market is so strong, it can take a hit and recover. And, the techs are not interest sensitive. Wouldn't that make it a win-win?
