Interesting comments on CNBC earlier today regarding this topic.
In the 25 most recent Fed meetings, the Fed has commented that their bias was tightening. Of the those 14 times only once, I believe in 1997, did they ever raise interest rates.

So what is the significance of today's comments. Probably ZERO.
