The last time someone tried to announce in the middle of the day, it was a disaster. Steve Jobs tried it a few quarters back and after the stock reopened after a halt (and the earnings were good), it dropped like a watermelon (or should I say, Apple) falling off a cliff.

Randy, Hi!!! RE: I think it would be great if DELL could release earnings ahead of FOMC meetings. Hey,,,,,,conditions play a role in everything...what Patrick has basically taught me is "show me the numbers"....well, what I envision in DELL's future is scary...the numbers will be consistent and upward for six years...How do I know? DELL management is telling us this and has been for years...Just follow the news releases on this thread and keep them in a collection...This is nothing difficult...I can't believe I can make all this money cheating off the smart guys and not get a failing grade for doing it.. :o) Best, kemble
