I am also a heavy user of SI and I post relatively frequently. Over a year ago I was a holder of Silent Witness T.SWE, and I looked at the stocks another SWE liker and poster recommended. One of which was Global Thermoelectric T.GLE, I did my own DD, spoke with the company and eventually visited them in Calgary. I have made a considerable sum investing in GLE, between $1 and $1.35. If it was not for SI I would probably not have been aware of GLE until the major news broke. GLE now trades at $9.50. My lifetime membership from 1998 has been rather profitable to say the least.
