Stefan, I think the final peice of your puzzle may have been there after those shares changed hands. In other words what the MM on the bid did after helps a lot to get a clue of his/her intent. Really big buyers probably will drop downward as they buy lest me or you decide to jump ahead of them. Also depends on the significance and how active that MM is in the stock. As far as FOMC.... now what? Do you think the FOMC is even remotely obligated to their "bias"? I think not. Rashid
