My guess is $3 CAD just for Hanoi based on existing per capita spend (see my post 328) and based on rough calculations, but this is very conservative.

The question is how the Vietnamese public will react to much larger prizes and the increased advertising profile of the lottery.

Once the per-capita spend in Hanoi is established following the initial results the share price will move accordingly IMO. Another factor is the limited no. of lottery terminals at startup (300). This could mean the initial figures do not reflect the true potential of Hanoi. It will be interesting to see how AGC present these initial figures.
