Well said...however, what has transpired over the past 48 hours makes no sense...and when something makes no sense...then there are good reasons...

....this now has become a game of high stakes poker between....Balm and the courts...using FMA as poker chips...the court is gambling that Balm intent was somewhat artificial to the unsecured and common shareholders...therefore...they upped the stake....the courts has provided Balm with suffiecient room to maneuver and present a new plan of action that has everyone in mind including himself for profit.....

Balm will be back before May 21...with a new plan of action...he smells money

just an opinion

I agree for the most part, I know I won't be voting for Paperny's re-election. (of course I live in Texas so that may not be much of a threat). Her decision was completely illogical given that FRAC was in CCAA protection. An option was on the table that would satiate everyone, some more than others, but she chose to create her own option. What a chicken sh*t!
I currently own stock in another Canadian company but if it looks like it's in financial straits, I'll bail before you can draw a breath!!!!!!! Unless the debt is insurmountable, ie: Philips Services(in the billions) then they'll be allowed to restructure. What a spineless decision from the judge!
