for a Newly Created Tv Program to be Produced Through Palm Springs Studios
Productions as a Result of the Strategic Alliance Announced Last Week

PALM SPRINGS, CALIF. (May 18) BUSINESS WIRE -May 18, 1999--Triangle
Broadcasting Co. Inc. (OTCBB:GAAY) President Frank Olsen announced
today the creation of a three hour daily broadcast to be called
BingoTelevision to be made available to television stations and cable
companies via satellite throughout the U.S. and Canada beginning Aug.
2, 1999.

The three hour broadcast will consist of six one-half hour blackout
bingo games to originate live from our Palm Springs Studios. Each week
new bingo cards will be made available free to players at participating
supermarkets, fast food stores and on the Internet. Dick Weiner,
Triangle and Palm Springs Studios executive vice president, will serve
as executive producer.

Winners will be able to win up to $10,000 in cash and/or a wide array
of prizes in each game. Promotional tapes will be available for viewing
by stations and cable companies during the first week of July.
BingoTelevision is the first production to be announced by the new
Triangle profit center, Palm Springs Studios Productions.

Triangle has chosen BingoTelevision as its initial production offering
because of bingo's proven ability to generate revenue. Internet users
worldwide will be able to access the game and play free through the new
web site now under construction "BingoTelevision.com" which will open
simultaneously with the first TV broadcast.

Dick Weiner -- Profile

Weiner, Creator of BingoTelevision, is a Peabody award-winning
television producer and the former Executive Vice-President and General
Manager of a major CBS television affiliate KGMB-TV in Honolulu and the
Hawaii Production Center.

A native of New York city, Weiner graduated from Allegheny College,
receiving a BA in history and political science. He attended St. John's
University of Law, beginning his career as an attorney for the
prominent New York firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel. He served as
Assistant Resident Counsel for Paramount Television in Hollywood, and
for 4 years prior to that served as an attorney for all the ABC owned
radio and television stations, and the ABC Radio Networks.

From 1981 to 1986 he was Executive Vice-President of Lee Productions, a
television program production company, producing many outstanding
network and syndicated programs, including the Peabody Award-winning
"Beyond the Great Wall, Journey to the End of China," and NBC's "The
Most Beautiful Girl in the World Pageants" (co-produced with Dick
Clark).

Weiner also created and was Executive Producer of the syndicated
musical special "Christmas in Hawaii" staring Jim Nabors, Carol Burnett
and Tom Selleck. Prior to his television station and production work,
Weiner was Account Executive at KIQQ-FM (K100) in Los Angeles then
owned by Drake-Chault Enterprises. He is currently a member of the
Producers Guild of American and the Academy of Television, Arts and
Sciences.
