J Fieb, TERN was down 4 as well, so I do not believe that this was all because of the CTO. Brian

FWIW, the source that clued me into to this news that surprisingly just broke today also stated that the CTO's resignation was not that big of a deal & that it would not impact the company's prospects going forward. Today's selloff apparently is the result in the cut in prices on the company's modems in response to "competitive threats." See quote.bloomberg.com Notwithstanding, its interesting how the company orchestrated the release of these 2 independent events on the same trading day. Hopefully, it eased the pain rather than a 1-2 punch so to speak.
