Has anyone noticed that when Qwest sells off its on light volume, but when it climbs its on heavier volume. This seems to be a good thing, I think.

OT-Well, here in Arizona, the price has jumped over 50% since the end of February. I buy premium, and for the first time in many years paid only 99.9 in late February-it has been over 1.60 for about a month until this weekend when it dropped under 1.60. I hope most of the rest of the country has more moderate prices. I've been to Seattle and LA in the past month and 1.60+ was the going rate for premium
