Speaking of stock I intend to hold for the long haul, have you ever taken a look at AXC? There are a lot of stocks out there. I look for two characteristics, (1) a Compelling chart, and (2) a Compelling fundamental story. I will sometimes buy a stock with only one of the two, the chart, but lately have been requiring both be present. AXC falls short on both grounds. What do I mean by Compelling? Here's a trick: Do your analysis before going to bed at night. If you can get to sleep as you usually do, pass. If you toss and turn and can't sleep, just lying awake praying that you can get this gem before Joe Kernan splatters it all over the world at 9:15ET, well, now that is compelling. My last two sleepless episodes were SFE and SWS. A
