BOCI's consensus recommendation is "STRONG BUY" My broker faxed me a research report on BOCI: source Nelson Information and Media General. It references at the tome that the consensus recommendation is "Strong Buy" @ $7 3/4. The date on this report is May 18, 1999. Report projects losses of .42 for fiscal year in 1999 (which is a 69% increase from loss of 1.34) and then projects earning .25 cents a share in 2000, which represents 160% increase over 1999. Wow! Also, institutional ownership is shown to be 21.8%. This looks very good to me.
