What does the stock price have to do with management's integrity? I think alot. The principal reason Amazon is so expensive is that the Street believes what they hear and has faith in the long-term model and management's ability to execute against plan.

If there were credibility issues this company would be trading at a discount to the market regardless of daytrading interest.

How do you quantify the benefit of the last $650 million purchase? From a technology
point of view it looks overpriced by three orders of magnitude,

I am still trying to figure out why Amazon purchased Planetall. I know they used stock but geeez.

I am open to an explanation for that purchase.
