Ed,

Good to have you back with us in HEC in $$, as well as in spirit where we know you've been anyway.

Your news on the royalty reduction applying to all production after its effective date is very encouraging. It makes management's purchase of the Rochester interest look even better.

Hopefully the planned drilling and the ramp-up in production will exert some upward pressure on the stock price over the next few months.

Ed, if i might ask, what is your source of info re. retroactivity of columbian royalty reduction. Also does anyone know rough cost of drilling and testing the new well.
