Hello Jeffery, here is some PRIT info- Prit has 9 million shares outstanding with 5 million not tradeable according to the I.R. Most of the 4 million is held by insiders they say also, and judging by the way the stock price has held, this seems quite possible. At the website (http://www.predicitit.com) users can become experts at picking the winning sports teams, and they are going to add stock picking soon I understand. Apparently they get a lot of traffic and expect this to build as word of the company gets out. It creates a very targetd market for advertisers.
