Jenna, this is an excellent strategy, and I hope when you decide you will make the assistant's job description available to us on the list so you can get a great person (he or she will need to be a hard worker to work alongside you). The idea would be to find the next INKT's. By the time these get discovered by 8-10 analysts, in many cases some of the most spectacular earnings gains might be missed. RIMM had super action today, not only making higher highs, but even declining on declining volume. Hope others got in this one with me on the Merrill Lynch upgrade posted this morning.
