Better news, it REALLY looks like this may be the last filing. The only changes to the 2nd SB-2A are VERY minor. Changes from 1st to 2nd person, rearrangement of data so that its expressed differently, mostly cosmetic (i.e. left vs. right justifications). ANYI has asked again to have their case expedited, they hope to have the SEC look at the new SB-2 by next week, then may the "effective" decision soon after. They do not anticipate having to respond to another set of SEC comments. My take is that we are REALLY close because this last set of comments were very minor, and if they had any REAL problems they would have sent them already. ANYI responded to the comments when they received them Monday morning, and they were able to submit the revisions to EDGAR last night (<48 HOURS). IMO ANYI has done everything now for the SEC to give the "effective" go ahead, maybe by late next week? I really think this time that ANYI is very close to trading - early June? Let's all cross our fingers:)
