Bukun, we'd need to know a little more about their accounting, but I suspect the lower gross margin reflects two things: a new, loss-making segment (Gigabuys), and price pressure across their PC profit centers. This may sound strange from a longtime Dell bear, but if the stock drops sufficiently (a little below your 'fair value'), I may cash out most of my puts (though I'll probably retain a token position). A mid/high-30s stock price still would not reflect reality, but Dell's perseverance in the face of adversity (PC prices) is something, and the reward/risk of putting the stock here is significantly lower than it was. Perhaps I'll shoot for something like new fan-favorite AMAT. -mb
