Zbyslaw --

I'm a bit perplexed at the market's reaction to the recent news. Changing CTO's can't be that traumatic --- we're not talking Werner von Braun --- and at this stage of the game, aren't there enough differentiators to make pricing pressures a modest threat?

I'm wondering if AOL's expected announcement --- no doubt a counter-attack to AT&T's cable thrust via recent acquisitions --- isn't making the stock weak.

I'm adding --- cautiously.
